WINFIELD TWP — The second annual Sponsor the Troops Poker Run will start with 9 a.m. registration Sept. 9 at Runt's Roadhouse, 509 N. Pike Road.

The run will begin at 10 a.m.

All proceeds go to Sponsor the Troops, a nonprofit organization that provides recreational items to deployed troops.

CRANBERRY TWP — The Cranberry Township one-room school reunion will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Sept. 8 at the Plains Presbyterian Church, 326 Plains Church Road.Take a table service and a covered dish to be shared at the 4 p.m. meal.
