Rose Anne Kennedy, 69, of Evans City passed away Tuesday at the VNA Inpatient Hospice in Butler.

Born Sept. 17, 1942, in Evans City, she was the daughter of the late Joseph F. and Alice A. (Lucas) McKeever.

Rose Anne was a member of the St. Matthias Catholic Church in Evans City. In addition, she was a former board member and corresponding secretary for the Evans City Historical Society.

She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Paul L. Kennedy; her two children, Michael L. Kennedy of Fredonia and Christine L. Bennett and her husband, Brian, of Forward Township; her brother, Patrick McKeever and his wife, Sylvia, of Florida; her sister, Kathleen McShea and her husband, William, of California; and six grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her three brothers, Joseph, James and John McKeever.
