PSU trustees slated to talk about sanctions
STATE COLLEGE, — NCAA sanctions and the search for a new university president are among topics to be discussed when Penn State trustees meet this weekend in an on-campus retreat.
The trustees office said on its website that public meetings would be held Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. Rodney Erickson took over as president after Graham Spanier left under pressure.
Erickson has said he’s not coming back after his contract expires in 2014. The NCAA penalties included a $60 million fine.
