Danny E. Harmon, 58, of Valencia passed away Friday.

Born in Kittanning on Dec. 20, 1953, he was the son of the late William H. and Barbara J. (Klugh) Harmon.

He was the beloved husband for 39 years of Deborah E. (Milligan) Harmon; the father of William F. (JoAnne) Harmon of New Jersey and Dan E. (Colleen) Harmon of Valencia; brother of Jean and Joan Westmoreland, both of Kittanning, Sandy (Steve) Francis of Ohio and Cindy Miller of Kittanning; and brother-in-law of Ron (Susan) Milligan, Joe Milligan, Dave (Julie) Milligan, Linda (Mike) Cullum and Ken Milligan. He also is survived by four grandchildren, Madison, Kaylee, Bethany and Caleb.

Danny was a retired U.S. Navy veteran and administrative assistant in the Allegheny General Hospital Pathology Department. He loved to travel and especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

HARMON — Family of Danny E. Harmon, who passed away Friday, July 13, 2012, will welcome friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Schellhaas Funeral Home, 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Terry Stoops will officiate.
