Cynthia Orlowski

Cynthia Orlowski, 64, of Butler passed away at 12:01 a.m. Sunday at the Evergreen Nursing Center.

She was born Sept. 25, 1947, in New Kensington, to Donna Schaffer Smith and the late Fred Smith.

Mrs. Orlowski was a self-employed hairdresser for 20 years. She worked as an escort at the Butler Memorial Hospital for 10 years. She was affiliated with the North Main Street Church of God.

Mrs. Orlowski is survived by her husband, Richard C. Orlowski III, who she married on Aug. 29, 1982; her mother, Donna Schaffer Smith of Butler; two sons, Michael Koch Jr. of Butler and Adam Orlowski of Butler; one stepdaughter, Jeanne Orlowski Bondi and her husband, Greg, of McCandless; three granddaughters; one sister, Dawn Ecklund and her husband, Robert, of Butler; one brother, Fred Smith of Butler; and also her nieces and nephews.

ORLOWSKI — There will be no public visitation or funeral service for Cynthia Orlowski, who passed away Sunday, July 15, 2012.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the ALS Association of Western Pennsylvania, 416 Lincoln Ave., Millvale, PA, 15209.Arrangements are entrusted to Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Butler.
