CHICORA — The Chicora Medical Center will hold its 10th annual Car Cruise beginning with 4 p.m. registration Saturday at 160 Medical Center Road.Registration bags will be available for the first 150 cruisers and dash plaques will be available to the first 200.The cruise will end with a Zambelli Fireworks display at dark. There will be food vendors, inflatables, door prizes and a raffle.The People's Choice competition raises funds for Don't Stop Dreamin', which fulfils the wishes of nursing and personal care home residents at the center.

MARS — My School Preschool in Mars has openings in its Parent/Child Lunch Bunch Program for 2-year-olds.Lunch Bunch is a six-week class held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Fridays and is taught by Cindy Hohman.Children must be age 2 by Sept. 1 to attend a fall session with a parent.
