Jeanette V. Boyd of Renfrew, our beloved mother, entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior on Tuesday morning at Good Samaritan Hospice House in Wexford.

Born in Pittsburgh on June 3, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Malcolm S. and Margaret Sauer Vandervort.

Jeanette was a registered nurse at Butler Hospital, VA Butler Healthcare and Wexford House.

She had been a member of the St. Christopher's Episcopal Church in Warrendale.

Surviving are her four children, Janet E. Boyd of Stafford, Va., Judith Ann Basinger and her husband, Stuart, of Stafford, Va., Daniel M. Boyd of Renfrew and Robert J. Boyd and his wife, Tami Wolf, of Valencia. She was the grandmother of Sean and Stephanie Basinger; and sister of Eleanor C. Vandevort of Essex, Mass., and Malcolm S. Vandevort Jr. of Franklin.

BOYD — Friends of Jeanette V. Boyd, who passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2012, are invited to a celebration of Mom’s life at 11 a.m. Saturday at the St. John Lutheran Church, 420 Beaver St., Mars.
