Committees prepare second Jeep festival

A large amount of time, energy and work goes into making the Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival possible.

To plan the festival, a group of volunteers formed the 2012 festival committee and began meeting in October 2011.

“The festival is an enormous undertaking, and each of the committee members has dedicated many hours to planning and improving the event so that Jeepers have a wonderful and memorable experience,” said Patti Jo Lambert, festival director. “I am so grateful for their commitment and am amazed at how hard they work to ensure the event’s success.”

The festival is organized by the Butler County Tourism and Convention Bureau.

Several organizations also support the event. They include the Butler County Historical Society, the Associated Artists of Butler County, the Rodfathers Car Club, the Butler Outdoor Club, Moraine State Park, the Heritage Region Jeep Alliance and the Butler Old Stone House Car Club.
