Goldie Shuler

Goldie Rose Shuler, 80, of Fenelton died Sunday afternoon at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born Dec. 23, 1931, in Fenelton, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Marie (Silk) Shuler.

Goldie had worked at the YWCA in Butler and also at the Egg Auction in East Butler.

She was a member of the St. John Roman Catholic Church in Coylesville and enjoyed camping, shopping, cooking and playing bingo.

Surviving are her four sisters, Gloria Reott of Butler, Evelyn MacDonald of Butler, Colista M. Weber of Fenelton and Shirley VanScoy of Fenelton.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Leroy, Regis, Carl, Kenny and Clyde Shuler.

SHULER — Family and friends of Goldie Rose Shuler, who died Sunday afternoon, July 1, 2012, will gather at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler, from 11 a.m. to noon Friday.
