Peter Spear improved to 5-2 on the year by picking up the win for the RiverRats. He allowed four runs over six innings, struck out two and surrendered 11 hits.
Ben Rawding was charged with his fourth loss of the year for the Sliders. He allowed six runs in five innings, walked two and struck out two.
Radley Haddad went 3-for-5 for Slippery Rock (10-17) to raise his team-leading batting average to .317.
