BlueSox rally for 13-7 win over Chillicothe
CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The Butler Blue Sox erased a 7-2 deficit by outscoring the Chillicothe Paints 11-0 over the final four innings in a wild 13-7 Prospect League victory Wednesday at VA Memorial Stadium.
Jason Radwan had three hits, including a double with three RBIs, while Matt Albaugh singled and doubled and drove home four runs for the BlueSox (11-13). Eric Hess, Neal Jacobs, Elliott Caldwell and Kyle Petty also added two hits with Hess and Caldwell contributing doubles and George Roberts adding two RBIs, also for Butler.
Tim Haley, David Kucenic and Adam Dian combined to throw 5 1-3 inning of hitless baseball in relief of Dave Yakopec, with Haley hurling 3 1-3 innings to pick up the win.
The Paints (15-10) received a triple and three RBIs from Nick Lombardi and a single, double and two runs scored and RBI from Dan Zuchowski.
