PITTSBURGH — Officials say a second bear has been spotted at the mall where another was captured after getting stuck.

The latest bear first emerged near an Olive Garden at the Pittsburgh Mills in Frazer around 11:45 p.m. Saturday. That was less than two hours after officials tranquilized a smaller bear that had gotten inside a Sears store.

Officials say the second bear was not captured and then reappeared around 7:45 p.m. Sunday, backing up traffic on a nearby highway. State game officials say they will likely set up a trap to try to catch the animal today.

Officials say the first bear walked across a parking lot, through doors and into a Sears around 9 p.m. Saturday.

It was reported that the bear walked around the store and growled at customers, then became stuck between double doors.

The Game Commission tranquilized the bear and removed it from the mall.
