Police say body of boy swimmer has been found
SHARON — A boy who disappeared while swimming in a river has been found dead. Police in Mercer County said 12-year-old Mark Goodrich Jr. of Sharon was reported missing Friday afternoon. Authorities learned that he may have been swimming near an abandoned railroad bridge over the Shenango River.
The boy’s body was found Saturday morning down river from the bridge.
