Zakk Foringer and Robert Stamm tossed complete-game victories Tuesday night as Meridian swept a Butler County American Legion baseball doubleheader from West Sunbury at Pullman Park.

Foringer pitched a four-hit shutout, striking out 11 in a 4-0 victory in Game 1. Alex Scialabba and Jacob Koerner both had two singles and scored a run. Foringer had two RBI.

Brady McCorry had a triple and a single for West Sunbury.

Stamm allowed four hits and struck out six in a 10-3 win in Game 2. He also had a double, single and three RBI. Jake Olenic contributed two singles and an RBI, Jake Camp[bell a double, while Matt Dowdy scored three runs and Scialabba scored a pair.

JJ Hutchison and Joe Holfelder had singles and RBI for West Sunbury.
