Pauline G. Hawk

Pauline G. Hawk, 93, of Butler passed away at 6:40 a.m. Monday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born April 20, 1919, in Rimersburg, to the late Arthur Stewart and Grace (McCall) Stewart.

Mrs. Hawk was a member of the Christ Community United Methodist Church. She was a beautician for 20 years in her home, retiring in 1998. Mrs. Hawk was a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Maqueda Chapter of Butler.

Mrs. Hawk is survived by one son, H. Dean Hawk of Hendersonville, N.C.; one daughter, Lana Turner and her husband, Richard, of Butler; two grandsons, Todd Turner and his wife, Katrina, and Stephen Turner and his wife, Debra; two granddaughters, Lindsay Kent and her husband, Alan, and Amy Cole and her husband, James; one great-grandson, Ethan Turner; three great-granddaughters, Abbey, Savana and Mikayla Turner; and also by a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Hawk, who passed away July 22, 1998; and four brothers.

HAWK — There will be no public visitation or funeral services for Pauline G. Hawk, who passed away Monday, June 25, 2012.Arrangements are being handled by the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E.
