There are things we want to tell you

There are things we'd like to share;

But you're not there to tell them to and it is more than we can bear.

It might seem like you're forgotten

And there is nothing more to say;

But even in our silence

You are thought of every day.

We know God had His reasons

His ways are always right;

He needed someone special

And you heard His call that night.

So, as this day approaches

And our hearts become so sad;

We know you're safe in Heaven

And for that it makes us glad.

We love and miss you.
