Police: Boy, 6, drowns in creek
MEADVILLE — Police say a 6-year-old boy apparently drowned while swimming with a group of children in a creek in northwestern Pennsylvania.
Officer Joe Johnston of the Vernon Township Police Department said the Meadville boy was reported missing in French Creek at 5:40 p.m. Saturday.
