Dear Dad,

I am sending you all my love for your special day in heaven.

I miss you every day Dad, it has been 39 years that I was able to give you a hug and tell you I love you, especially on Father’s Day.

I just wanted to thank you for being such a special Dad as I was growing up, and even when I got older.

Thank you for always putting me first before your own needs.

Thanks for the hugs you always gave when you knew I needed one.

Thanks for the smiles you would give to let me know I was safe with you around.

I sure have a special Dad in you.

I thank God that he sent an amazing man down from heaven and sent you to be my Dad.

How lucky am I that I got to call you Dad.

Thanks Dad for everything.

I love you with all my heart. And Dad, I still need those hugs.
