Ethel May Laughner
Ethel May Laughner, 92, of Butler passed away Saturday in the Lowrie House, Butler.
She was born Nov. 10, 1919, in Pulaski, Pa., and was the daughter of the late William H. and Ida Lewis Horne.
Ethel was a member of the Mt. Chestnut Presbyterian Church, where she enjoyed many church activities.
She belonged to the 60 Plus Senior Center, and she loved to play 500 bid cards.
She is survived by her children, Roger (Tammie) D. Laughner of Butler and Valerie (Peter) Boss of Richmond, Va., five grandsons; and one brother, Francis Glenn Horne of Butler.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Laughner, who passed away Nov. 11, 1997, and her brother William David Horne.
