Louise P. Moore Morrison
Louise P. Moore Morrison, 81, of Parker passed away Wednesday at the Clarview Nursing Home in Sligo.
She was born in West Monterey on Feb. 28, 1931. She was the daughter of the late Lee and Mildred Brothers Slaughenhoupt.
Louise was employed with various organizations throughout her life and was a former officer with the Ladies Auxiliary at the VFW in Parker. She was an avid sports fan and was always rooting for the Steelers and Pirates. Louise was very active even into her golden years bowling and playing bingo.
She is survived by three sons, Jack (Susan) Moore of Parker, Robert (Frances) Moore of Butler and Greg (Kelly) Slagle of Olean, N.Y.; 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Hubert Moore and William Slagle; one son, Wayne Moore, who is survived by his wife, Colleen of Randall, Minn.; one sister, June Westbrook; and four brothers, Harold Slaughenhoupt, James Slaughenhoupt, William Slaughenhoupt and Arthur Slaughenhoupt.
<B>MORRISON</B> — Friends of Louise P. Moore Morrison, who passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2012, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the <B>H. Jack Buzard Funeral Home</B>, 201 S. Wayne St., Parker. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Richard D.
