Robert B. Cicco, 53, died peacefully in his sleep on Feb. 24, 2012, after a chronic illness.

He was born Aug. 10, 1958, in Butler, and spent many years here. Most recently, he lived in Chattanooga, Tenn.

Before his disability he worked at Pullman Standard and at Salem Carpet Mills in Ringold, Ga.

He was a spiritual man who truly loved his family unconditionally. He knew God was his savior.

His greatest joy was entertaining others with his music.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Cicco; and two brothers, David and Timothy Cicco.

He is survived by four brothers, William and Joseph of Butler and Jack and Mike Cicco of Florida; and two sisters, Diane Ellis and Janice Crispin of Florida.

He will be brought home to Butler for his final resting place.
