Ruth Ann Thomas Forwerck
A memorial service for Ruth Ann Thomas Forwerck of Renfrew, who died Dec. 17, 2011, from a traffic accident, will be at the Harvest Community Church PVC, 118 N. Fairview Main St., Petrolia, at 11 a.m. Saturday.
Donations in memory of Ruth can be made to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh or to the Evans City Food Bank, 202 Van Buren St., Evans City, PA 16033.
