Jamie Fischer and Kristina Gerstner

An Aug. 18 wedding is being planned by Kristina Gerstner and Jamie Fischer, both of Pittsburgh.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Karen Gerstner and Thomas Gerstner Jr., both of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Linda and Robert Fischer of Fenelton.

The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of Butler High School and a 2010 graduate of Slippery Rock University, where she studied accounting.

She is employed by Mellon Capital in Pittsburgh as an investment fund accountant.

Her fiance graduated in 2004 from Butler High School and in 2008 from Indiana (Pa.) University, where he studied accounting.

He is employed by BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh as a client accounting and reporting specialist.
