McClaine

Erma L. McClaine, 71, of Sugarcreek Township, Armstrong County, passed away Saturday at Alle-Kiski Medical Center, Natrona Heights.

She was born July 17, 1940, in Reidsburg, Clarion County, the daughter of Leander M. and Eva G. (Bell) Cohlhepp.

She was dearly loved by her family and friends. She served as a volunteer EMT at the Sugarcreek Ambulance Service for 20 years. She enjoyed bowling and bingo and was an Avon representative for 12 years.

She was affiliated with the St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Bradys Bend, and a member of the Young at Heart Club at the St. Patrick Church.

She was a member of the Sugarcreek Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary, the Bradys Bend Senior Center and the Red Hat Ladies.

Surviving her are her husband, William H. McClaine of Sugarcreek Township, who she married May 4, 1963; one daughter, Lori A. Koleck and her husband, David, of Manorville, Pa.; one son, Kenneth W. McClaine and his wife, Lisa, of Columbus, Ind.; one sister, Louise Best and her husband, Francis, of Lucinda, Pa.; one brother, Fred Cohlhepp and his wife, Patricia of Marion, Ind.; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Leander M. Cohlhepp Jr.

Ron Cyktor, pastor officiating. Burial will be in St. Eusebius Cemetery, Brady Township, Clarion County.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Sugarcreek VFD Auxiliary, 110 Rodgers Road, East Brady, PA 16028.
