Cora B. Miller, 84, of Ellwood City passed away Sunday morning at her home.

Born March 20, 1927, in Princeton, she was a daughter of Lee Sheridan Stickel and Edith Stoner Stickel Gongaware. She married George E. Miller on Aug. 15, 1945. He preceded her in death on May 19, 1992.

She was a graduate of Princeton High School.

Cora was employed as a manager with Isaly's. She then went on to be a cook with Eppinger's Restaurant and a later a cafeteria worker with Laurel High School.

Cora enjoyed quilting, gardening, travel and especially playing with her grandchildren.

She was a member of the Oak Grove Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Linda L. Smith of Princeton; four sons, Ronald E. (Pamela D.) Miller of Portersville, Gary E. Miller of Princeton, Roger D. (Rebecca B.) Miller of Lehigh Acres, Fla., and Jeffrey A. (Sylvia A.) Miller of Cincinnati, Ohio; one brother, E.R. (Sam) Stickel of Princeton; two sisters, Ella Majors and Bernice Miller, both of Princeton; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, William and Gaylord Stickel, and one sister, Ethel Kline Dick.

Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory</B>, 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The Rev. Cheryl Waguespack will officiate.
