SRU lacrosse falls, 17-7
The Slippery Rock University women's lacrosse squad received goals from five different players, but dropped a 17-7 decision at Lock Haven Tuesday.
Amy Halls and Katie Roof both scored twice for The Rock (5-4, 2-4), which was outshot 36-19.
Natalie Crenshaw managed 14 saves in net for SRU.
Senior Sarah Lynch accounted for The Rock's lone win in an 8-1 defeat to Indiana (Pa.).Lynch won the No. 1 singles match by scores of 6-3, 6-3.
