Edna Margaret Schoentag Shilling Bopp, 85, of Saxonburg passed away Saturday at Fair Winds Manor.

Born Jan. 14, 1927, in Saxonburg, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Pearl (Reamer) Schoentag.

Edna was a Lutheran. She did day work for several area families for 20 years. She loved and enjoyed her family and liked to listen to CDs. She also loved watching the Steelers.

Surviving are her loving daughter, Gloria (Joseph) Fish of Cabot; her granddaughter, Connie (Chris) Graham of Butler; and her two great-granddaughters, Chelsea Graham and Kendall Graham, both of Butler. Also surviving are her children, James Bopp of Saxonburg, Helen Garner of New Kensington and Linda Pulkownik of Leechburg; several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A special cousin, Annabelle Geibel, who was like a sister, who helped her for many years and who was a special person in her heart, and her niece, Diane Hoak Castello, survive as well.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Chester James Bopp, who passed away on Aug. 5, 1981, one brother and one sister.

<B>BOPP</B> — Friends of Edna Margaret Schoentag Shilling Bopp, who passed away Saturday, March 31, 2012, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.Services will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Roger G. Keller of the St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, Saxonburg, officiating. Interment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery, Gilpin Township, Armstrong County.Memorial donations may be made to the Raynaud’s Scleroderma Foundation, 300 Rosewood Drive, Suite 105, Danvers, MA 01923.Information also is available at www.foxfuneralhomeinc.com.
