Marissa Williams and Mark Cope

A Sept. 21 wedding is being planned by Marissa Williams of Mars and Mark Cope of Harriman, N.Y.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Williams of Mars. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Anna Farrell of Valencia and Edward Cope of Uniontown.

The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Mars High School and a 2008 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in nursing.

She is employed by UPMC Passavant Hospital McCandless in the emergency department.

Her fiance graduated in 1997 from Mars High School and in 2001 from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in business logistics.

He is employed by Martin-Brower Co. in Harriman.
