The Slippery Rock University baseball team plated six runs in the top of the seventh inning to defeat Minnesota-Duluth going away, 10-2, Tuesday in Winter Haven, Fla.

SRU’s victory came in the second game of a doubleheader. Minnesota-Duluth won Game One, 5-4.

The Rock (6-8-1) was led in the second game by outfielder Carter Haponski, who went 4-for-4 with two runs scored and three RBIs.

SRU starting pitcher Anton Constantino picked up the win after giving up two runs on four hits, walking four and striking out three in five innings of work.

The Rock was limited to five hits in the first contest as Lou Trivino shouldered the loss, pitching four innings and allowing five runs (four earned).
