October 15, 1944 – March 1, 2000

One more day. . .if only I could have had that. I would tell you thank you for all you did to take care of us. I would tell you how much I love you. You were taken from us so violently and there was no time for good-bye, no last hug. Your grandchildren would have given you all the joy you deserved. You missed out on the best part of your life.

The loneliness is unbearable. Time hasn’t changed that. I will miss and love you forever.
