Melinda Reith
Melinda Reith, 56, of Saxonburg died Saturday at her home.
Born May 19, 1955, in Kittanning, she was the daughter of Arthur and Kathryn (Smith) Zacour. She was the wife of the late Earl J. “Butch” Reith, who she married April 12, 1986.
She owned an antique shop at the Wagon Wheel on Pittsburgh Road. Formerly, she worked for Moonlight Mushroom.
Melinda was very active collecting antiques, traveling, camping and participating with her husband in the street-rod scene. In her free time, she spent as much time as possible with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her mother of Ford City; two daughters, Sheila (Dan) DeWalt of Cabot and Kelle (Jeihri) Robinson of Napa, Calif.; her son, Todd Reith and his fiance, Jen Michel, of Butler; and two brothers, Michael Zacour of Gaithersburg, Md., and Arthur “Bob” (Sandy) Zacour of Kittanning. Melinda also was survived by her eight grandchildren, Daniel, Kendyl and Elijah DeWalt, Chastity Wissinger, Frank Hartle, Ashley Hartle, Michael J. Michel and Erynn Robinson.
She was preceded in death by her father.
<B>REITH</B> — Friends of Melinda Reith, who died Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, Saxonburg. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Matthew Judd officiating.
