Larry E. Wilson, 58, died Tuesday at Butler Memorial Hospital. He lived at the Sugar Creek Rest in Worthington.

He was born in Butler on Oct. 21, 1953, to Clark S. and Doris J. (Simpson) Wilson.

Larry was a graduate of the Polk State Center. He was a member of the Special Olympics, and enjoyed bowling, softball and volleyball. Larry was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed listening to his records. He also loved dancing.

He was a recycling coordinator for recycling facilities in the Clarion area. He was affiliated with the Grace Lutheran Church, Clarion.

He is survived by his mother, Doris J. Aites and her husband, Ray A., of East Brady; his sister, Raylene L. Curran and her husband, Bert, of East Brady; and his two brothers, William P. Wilson of Raleigh, N.C., and Charles M. Wilson and his wife, Becky, of Imperial, Allegheny County. He also is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clark S. Wilson.

<B>WILSON</B> — Friends of Larry E. Wilson, who died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the <B>Charles B. Buechele Funeral Home</B> 105 Fourth St., East Brady. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Harold Jacobson, pastor of the Grace Lutheran Church, Clarion, officiating.
