Harry L. 'Butch' Burk
Harry L. “Butch” Burk, 58, of Foxburg passed away at 6:12 p.m. Monday at UPMC-Presbyterian following a brief illness.
Born Aug. 30, 1953, in Clintonville, he was a son of the late James and Ruth Caldwell Burk.
He was a mechanic for Hovis Trucking of Emlenton and VENCO Freight Line of Foxburg.
He is survived by two daughters, Lisa Burk of Foxburg and Jamie Burk of Emlenton; three sons, J.D. Burk and Steven Burk, both of Foxburg, and Bill Burk of Sligo; several grandchildren; four sisters, Vanda Burk of Boyers, Donna Wolfe and Shirley Burk, both of Nickleville, and Mary Hicks of Foxburg; and two brothers, William Burk of Foxburg and Thomas Burk of Petrolia.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Diane Callander Burk, in 2004.
