PCN will air Corbett's budget address Tuesday

HARRISBURG — On Tuesday Gov. Tom Corbett will deliver his second state budget address before a joint session of the Pennsylvania House and Senate.

He will outline how he wants the state to spend money in 2012-13.

The Pennsylvania Cable Network (PCN) will cover his talk.

Coverage will begin at 11 a.m. with John Barley of Versant Strategies and Kathy Manderino of Intercommunity Action, joining host Larry Kaspar in the PCN studio. PCN will be on location at the state Capitol with reports before the arrival of Gov. Corbett.

After the governor’s budget address, Barley and Manderino will take viewers’ calls on a PCN Call-In concerning Corbett’s budget address. Viewers can dial toll-free at 1-877-PA6-5001 to share their thoughts and questions.

There will be continued budget reaction from legislators.

Then at 7 p.m., viewers will have another chance to share their thoughts or ask questions about the state budget by dialing toll-free 1-877-PA6-5001. Featured guests Mark Singel of The Winter Group and Charlie Gerow of Quantum Communications will join host Brian Lockman during the hour-long PCN Call-In program.
