McCracken

William A. “Bill” McCracken, 60, of Ridgeville passed away at 8 a.m. Monday at his home after an extended illness.

He was born Aug. 17, 1951, in Butler. He was the son of the late Marion “Pete” McCracken and the late Patricia R. Magge McCracken.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He had been employed at Pullman Standard.

He is survived by his companion of 32 years, Maggie Miller; one daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Tina) Stahlman of Slippery Rock; one granddaughter, Lindsay Stahlman; and two sisters, Mrs. Dale (Mary) Hall of Erie and Sherry Overly of Mt. Pleasant.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, one granddaughter, one sister, and one brother.
