Our dad was very special.

He was our first and best teacher. His warmth, patience and caring attention made us all look up to him for advice and guidance.

Dad had a unique understanding of one’s feelings. He could speak volumes when necessary or most often soothe an aching heart with a few profound words.

His inner moral compass gave him the wisdom and freedom to understand what mattered the most in life.

Though we miss him each and every day, we are forever reminded of his lasting influence on the world. The endless stream of those who knew him continue to come forth and share wonderful memories of our dad and how he touched their lives. In this way, he will always be with us.

Our dad could have been anything in the world, but he chose to be the greatest father that any family could have.
