Judy G. Tarkka, 67, of Zelienople, formerly of Morehead City, N.C., died unexpectedly Tuesday morning at UPMC Passavant Hospital in Cranberry Township.

Born in Kinston, N.C., March 15, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Durwood and Lela Thigpen Green.

A homemaker, Mrs. Tarkka attended Victory Family Church in Cranberry Township.

Surviving are her husband, Allan H. Tarkka, who she married Nov. 26, 1994; two daughters, Tracy Heath Recchia and her husband, Anthony, of Valencia and Kristie Heath Chaanine, and her husband, Bill, of Morehead City, N.C.; and her grandchildren, Olivia, Andrew and Christopher Recchia and Makenzie Guthrie.

She was a sister of Hazel Heath and Allen Green of Comfort, N.C., and the late Pete Green.
