Woman asks for leniency in case
PITTSBURGH — A Pittsburgh woman who stole a service dog that was to be used by a disabled child could have her record cleared.
Elizabeth Ann Flaherty asked a judge for leniency at a court appearance.
Flaherty was arrested in July and her lawyer dropped the $20,000 dog off to police.
