Branchton Road now open to traffic
WASHINGTON TWP — Branchton Road is opened to traffic now that a bridge replacement project is done, the state Department of Transportation announced this morning.
Branchton Road in Hilliards closed on July 13 between Old Mill Road to Day Road for the bridge replacement.
The detour has been lifted.
PennDOT workers replaced a one-lane concrete bridge built in 1916 with a precast concrete box culvert.
