JEFFERSON TWP — Concordia Lutheran Ministries will hold its Oktoberfest celebration from 4 to 8 p.m. Oct. 1 at Haven I, 112 Marwood Road.The Zambelli Fireworks display will begin at 7:45 p.m. The Continental Dukes German Band will perform.
