I believe there should be a flat sales tax to replace or decrease the amount of income tax. If everyone had to pay 15% (just a wild figure thrown out there) on everything they purchased, everyone from the drug dealers to the billionaires would have to pay their fair share.

I also believe that corporations should be taxed according to where their products are purchased. It shouldn't matter where most of the 'employees' are or where the 'home' office is.

And EVERYONE collecting money from government, organizations, etc., should be RANDOMLY drug tested and percentages of their 'free money' be permanently deducted for each infraction.
