Cindy Starr and Thomas Harruff Jr.

An August wedding is being planned by Cindy (Kriess) Starr and Thomas Harruff Jr., both of Cranberry Township.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ronald and Marcella Kriess of Chicora. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Margaret Harruff of Cranberry Township, and the late Thomas Harruff Sr.

The bride elect is a 1992 graduate of Karns City High School. She is employed by Guardian Protection Services in Warrendale.

Her fiance graduated in 1998 from Butler High School. He is employed by Mine Safety Appliance in Murrysville.
