Heather, anybody stealing your mail is committing a federal crime. Call the police! Coupons or anything else - tampering with the US mail is a federal crime.

Please name one corporation that pays the full percentage. You can't because there are none. There are so many tax loopholes and corporate welfare schemes that most corporations pay $0... Personal property is bought through the corporation - company cars, cell phones, etc. People who own corporations pay very little because all the money is hidden. I totally agree with Bert. His rich Gary is the person that needs taxed. If regular guy Gary feels he pays too much, then he can join the crowd. It's the rich Garys of the world that Bert described that has politicians in their pockets, get tax breaks and welfare. They are the ones that need to be targeted and stop taxing the middle class!
