Fire guts house in Adams Township
ADAMS TWP — A fire is destroying a large house this afternoon.
The two-story, 3,500-square-foot house is expected to collapse as firefighters battle the fire, which had gone through the roof.
The house is on Sophia Lane in Field Lake Estates, near the intersection of Myoma and Peters roads.
The fire call was made to the 911 emergency center about 1:30 p.m.
