I would like to thank the man that took the time to pull his vehicle over and start knocking on doors to try to find the owner of a dog that was running loose on Center Ave in Butler.

Although the dog did not belong to me I took temporary ownership and put him on a cable in my front yard and gave him some water. The owner showed up within fifteen minutes to claim the dog. Had this kind man not taken the time to help this dog, the circumstances could have been very different. I just hope that if my dog gets loose, a stranger would be just as kind!
