Rainbow Animal Refuge will host Pistons for Pets, its annual motorcycle poker run, on Saturday. Registration is from 10 to 11:40 a.m. Saturday at Rock Ann Haven, 141 Greenwood DriveRegistration is followed by a blessing of the bikes. The ride leaves at noon and finishes at 4:30 p.m. at the Beer Garden, Route 38. The donation is $20 per rider and $5 per passenger and includes dinner and entertainment. Nominations are open for the third annual Steel Magnolia Award, meant for women who have overcome obstacles to positively impact the greater Butler community.
