I read on money.com that according to the Congressional Research Service the debt ceiling has been raised 74 times since 1962. That's an average of one and a half times for every year since I was born. So doing it again is par for the course and does not indicate "change" to me. Also if a US Senator's is quoted correctly where raising the debt ceiling shows a lack of leadership then its been a life without leadership.
