BRADY TWP — Police are investigating the discovery of two sets of human remains near a pond on West Liberty Road.

State police say the remains were found Wednesday on private property. The identities have not been determined but investigators say they’re treating the matter as suspicious.

Lt. Steve Ignatz said troopers discovered the remains after receiving a call from police in New Jersey about a missing couple.

Authorities planned to drain the pond.
