2 from Seneca Valley drafted
Two former Seneca Valley High School graduates today were drafted by Major League Baseball organizations.
Corey Mazzoni, a pitcher with the North Carolina State Wolf Pack, was taken by the New York Mets in the second round.
Kevin Smith, a catcher with Pitt, went in the seventh round to the Chicago White Sox. Overall, Mazzoni was the 71st pick and Smith was the 231st selection.
