Police apprehend man in standoff
A standoff between police and a 45-year-old man who allegedly had made threats to another tenant in his city apartment building on West Pearl Street has just ended.
Police reportedly used a flash grenade shortly before 11 a.m. and quickly apprehended the man, who was identified by a neighbor as Michael D’Antonio.
